I loved getting to be in the thick of this wedding day! Jessie and Jake live and work on Kent Island running a retirement community. They both have big families and it was a party all day! Jessie and ladies got ready at her parents' house, which was so beautiful and bright and close to a creek that's part of the Chesapeake Bay Watershed (really, all of our area is). There were puppies and kids everywhere :) they had 10 total flowers girls and ring bearers - I think all nieces and nephews, and they were sooo cute! Be on the lookout for our miracle photo of ALL of the kids with Jessie and Jake. ;) On their very own Kent Island, there's a little winery owned by Mark Cascia. It's right beside the bay and there are fig trees, Russian sage, and other beautiful plants everywhere. It was a perfect September night for a wedding - cool enough to dance and snuggle, but not chilly enough that we were uncomfortable. I love Maryland winery weddings - the landscapes are so relaxing. Jessie and Jake had blue and green and seaglass colors throughout the decor, with the best pops of color in the personal flowers! I could go on and on...but just see for yourself :)
