Liz and David // Antrim 1844 Maryland Wedding Photos
Liz and David's wedding day at Antrim 1844 was chock full of candid smiles, golden sunlight, and happy moments. (You might remember their Fells Point engagement session from last year!) They started out the day in separate houses on the property preparing for the wedding with their best friends and family, then had an around-the-corner meeting where they exchanged letters and gifts. I remember Liz saying, "I just really want to hug you!" to David as they chatted around the corner, but then she waited until walking down the aisle to really see him. It was so lovely as she walked toward David, his face wet with happy tears, as the fluffy August clouds billowed behind her. They were married under what must be the biggest tree on the property. It shaded them with thick branches, leaves, and ivy vines as they read their vows. Then we had a perfectly lengthy cocktail hour to take all the photos! They even came back outside at sunset for a golden hour portrait session. There's something so magical about the light when it's just about to dip below the tree-lined horizon line. I haven't evened mentioned the super fun party yet - complete with cake, feather boas, an instax photo book, and great dancing music. This blog post is a little bit long, but I decided to just quite culling the photos down after a while because the whole day was so great! I love how they showed off the historic Antrim 1844 property with their ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception location choices. Enjoy this heartfelt and fun wedding day! And as always, if this post gets 25+ comments, I will send Liz and David a free 8x12 print of their choice! Leave them some love below!
