About a month ago, I had the privilege to take family photos for the Maloys. They’re not quite your typical family photos. You see, my business is taking a slight shift. I knew when I started photographing weddings, seniors, families, and etc., that I would be quite bored unless I added a photojournalistic flair to all of my work. I like to view every day of photographing as very unique – anything could happen and I’m there to observe and make beautiful images from what I see.

So, I introduce to you:

ORDINARY MAGIC!

This is my new business tagline. I am still shooting the same subjects as always (and more, as time goes on! yay!). I simply want to emphasize that I don’t want to make cookie-cutter images of you and those precious to you. I want to spend time with you and help you feel beautiful, unique, and amazing by embracing what makes you YOU, no matter what those idiosyncrasies might be. I’m excited to see where this might take me and my photography!
