Woodberry Kitchen Wedding Photos // Baltimore, Maryland
Taylor and Robert's Baltimore wedding was held at one of Baltimore's best restaurants, Woodberry Kitchen. It was a lovely, an intimate evening. They got ready in their neighborhood of Hampden then took photos by the Maryland Jones Falls River forest area. After portraits, we headed over to Woodberry Kitchen! Taylor and Robert said their vows on the patio outdoor. Their following wedding dinner surrounded by their closest friends, flowers, and beautiful fall weather. I hesitate to call it a "reception," because it was small enough to feel like a cozy, very nice, relaxed dinner all together (with no pressure on the family!).
Since they opted to not have a wedding party and each got ready with just a few friends, I got to thinking. I realized more than usual what an honor it is to be with people just before they get married. As she got ready, Taylor and I chatted as I photographed the flowers by Violet Florals with their invitation by Dear Darling Weddings. Of course, I also included the decor designed by Taylor herself, under The Darling Myth! It's an awesome new Baltimore installation and creative company she started with Dara Sargent. I'd been wanting to create my own set of Woodberry Kitchen wedding photos for a while and I loved the chance to do so on this wedding day <3 I even got to experience the amazing hospitality of Woodberry when my second photographer and I were served a wedding vendor meal as if we were guests at the restaurant ourselves. They were just as kind and attentive as they'd been when I'd visited before with my husband. The food and service really are that good!
